"JUST GET STARTED"
INTRO TO CROSSFIT WEEK

NOVEMBER 1-6, 2012

You've wanted to start CrossFit and the time is NOW! -- AND IT'S FREE to Try!

We'll be running our Intro to CrossFit course in EVERY TIME-SLOT all week! 

No matter if you able to attend 2 classes or all 6 - you'll learn the foundational moves of CrossFit, to learn how grow your health in a holistic way, basic nutrition, you'll start to get comfy with RCF community (they're only a little crazy :)), and get started on a fantastic journey towards a healthier YOU. 

HOW TO PREPARE: 

Commit to the process of being here, learning new skills, meeting new people and being in a different place!

WHAT TO BRING: 

1: A Great Attitude and a Willingness to Try and Learn something NEW

2: Comfy workout clothes.  You don't need a fancy new outfit (unless you're really wanting an excuse to go get one! :)).  Just wear something you're comfy in & can move well in.  


As we head into the cooler months, we recommend layers.  We DO go outside until snow flies :)


Note: We are a family facility, so we do ask you to keep your body modestly covered with tummy, booty, and chest covered.  No shirtless. No Mid-drifts. 

3: Sneakers. We will Row, Walk, Run, Jump, Lift and more. If you're in the market for new sneakers, we encourage you to try CrossFit first so you understand the variety of workouts we do, and we'll make some recommendations of what types of shoe support is helpful :) 

4: Water. 

5: Towel.  Not critical, but sometimes a sweat towel is helpful!

We certainly hope you'll join us!  Bring a buddy, spouse or partner!  Be sure to have your kiddos (ages 3+) try our CrossFit Kids classes!
